How it Works?
As a fully autonomous APRN in Florida, I perform a variety of safe, minor procedures right in the clinic using local anesthesia (lidocaine injection or topical) for comfort.
These are quick, low-risk interventions for common skin, soft tissue, and joint issues. No operating room, no general anesthesia – just precise, in-office care with minimal downtime. All procedures follow strict sterile technique and include pre/post-care instructions.
BEFORE & AFTERCARE
Before Treatment
Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) 7 days prior
Inform us of allergies (lidocaine, etc.), blood thinners, or bleeding disorders
Clean the area; no lotions/creams on site
Eat lightly – no fasting required
After Treatment
Keep area clean & dry; follow wound care instructions
Mild soreness/swelling normal for 1–3 days
Avoid heavy activity/pool/sauna 48 hours (procedure-dependent)
Return for suture removal or follow-up as instructed
