Before & After Care
Before Treatment
- Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, alcohol) 7–10 days prior
- No alcohol/smoking 48 hours before
- Come makeup-free (we cleanse you)
After Treatment
- No intense exercise, saunas, facials or rubbing areas 24–48 hours
- Avoid lying flat 4 hours post-treatment
- Ice if needed; arnica helps with bruising
